Please read these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy carefully before using Intensity Faucet Games, Inc. (“IFG”) Services.
Whenever you use the Services, you agree that these Terms of Service will control the relationship between you and IFG. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions listed, you must not use our services.
Definitions:
Service or Services: Any game, website, app, software and other related Services provided by IFG and its affiliates.
In-App Purchases: Virtual Goods and non-virtual goods available for purchase through the Services. Including, but not limited to premium currency, the permanent or temporary removal of ads, or other changes to how a game works or what that game contains.
Virtual Goods: Digital materials IFG may make available under certain restrictions. Including but not limited to Service keys and licenses, and content or functionality provided within the Services.

All rights, title and interest in and to the Service (including without limitation any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, music compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, character profile information, recordings of games played using an IFG game client and the IGF game clients and server software) are owned or licensed by IFG. IFG reserves all rights, including without limitation, all property rights or other proprietary rights, in connection with its games and Services.
Fees, Payments and Purchases:
Within the Services, you may purchase, with “real world” money, a limited license to use Virtual Goods and/or In-App Purchases. IFG may manage, regulate, control, modify, eliminate or devalue such Virtual Goods and/or In-App Purchases at any time without notice. The price, qualities, quantities, and characteristics of Virtual Goods or In-App Purchases are subject to change at any time and for any reason as part of the regular maintenance and updates of the Service or games. IFG shall have no liability to you or any third party as IFG exercises any such rights.
Virtual Goods or In-App Purchases purchased within the Services or through affiliates of IFG such as Apple iOS App Store, Facebook, Google Play or Android will be subject to the terms and conditions of such party. IFG does not control how you pay on those platforms. Please review the terms of the platform you are purchasing Virtual Goods and/or In-App Purchases from for additional information.
You acknowledge that you have no right or title to any Virtual Goods and/or In-App purchases regardless of how they were obtained. Any Virtual Goods and any In-App purchases are solely owned by IFG and are licensed to you under these Terms.
All sales are final and you acknowledge that IFG is not required to provide a refund for any reason. You will not receive money or other compensation for unused virtual items, currency or content for any reason.
